Compensation & Benefits:
$180–$190 per day, based on experience
Paid weekly via direct deposit
Training pay: $150/day (1–2 weeks depending on skill level)
Schedule: 5 days per week
Paid Time Off: 1 week PTO after first year
This is Primarily a Business Route.
Dolly provided for heavy packages
Responsibilities:
Safely deliver and pick up FedEx packages
Provide excellent customer service on every route
Follow assigned delivery and pickup routes and time schedules
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after routes
Organize, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles efficiently
Qualifications
Active FedEx ID preferred
Valid driver’s license (CDL NOT required)
Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience in the last 3 years
(FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, LSO, or similar – package van or box truck)
Clean driving record (no DUIs, suspensions, or DOT preventables)
Must pass background check and drug screen
No felony convictions
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs (with dolly assistance)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Conversational English required
Must be punctual, dependable, energetic, and responsible
