Run Direct is hiring CDLA OTR Flatbed Truck Drivers to run all 48 states with top-tier weekly pay, dedicated drop & hook freight, new equipment, and flexible home time.

Top-Tier Pay & Compensation
• Up to $0.75 CPM (1+ years CDLA experience)
• $0.70 CPM (3–12 months CDLA experience)
• $0.65 CPM (0–3 months CDLA experience)
• Weekly Pay Average: $2,800+
• Weekly Pay Range: $1,800 – $3,500
Extra Pay:
• $50 per extra stop
• $25 for 4’ tarps
• $50 for 8’ tarps
• Layover Pay: $100
• Detention Pay: Based on broker/customer
• Payroll Cycle: Monday–Sunday
• Pay Day: Friday (paid within 5 days)
• Orientation travel expenses covered
Flexible Home Time Policy
• 10 days out = 3–4 days home
• 3 weeks out = 5–7 days home
• Home Every Weekend available for drivers living in:
– IL, WI, IN, OH, VA, NJ, PA
Dedicated Freight Operations & Miles
• OTR – All 48 States
• Weekly Miles: Avg. 3,200 (2,500–3,900+ range)
• Mix of Drop & Hook Loads and Live Loads
• Dedicated, pre-loaded trailers are primarily picked up from IL & GA facilities, and include Aircraft Parts & Electrical Transformers
• Average 3–5 stops per load (some loads up to 15 stops)
• Fuel Network: Pilot & Flying J
• Weigh Station Pre-Pass
• 24/7/365 Dispatch, Breakdown & After-Hours Support
New Equipment
• 2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic)
• 48’ & 53’ East and Wabash Flatbed Trailers (2022–2026)
• Trucks governed at 71 MPH (pedal & cruise)
All trucks equipped with:
• APU
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Power inverter
• Bunk heater
Driver Policies & Requirements
• 1099 position
• Flatbed training available for drivers without flatbed experience
• Pet-Friendly, Passenger Policy, & Cash Advance available
• Drivers must:
– Manage time effectively for on-time pickups & deliveries
– Perform PTIs and report equipment issues promptly
– Strong work ethic and professionalism
– Meet all DOT requirements
Driver Qualifications
• Valid CDL-A
• SAP Friendly
• All experience levels welcome (training available)
• Willingness to run OTR (48 states)
• Ability to secure flatbed freight safely
