Safely operate 18-wheelers with manual transmissions, across regional, local, or long-haul routes.
Load and unload freight using forklifts or other equipment as needed, ensuring secure handling of goods.
Drive trucks with oversized flatbeds, hauling utility poles up to 125' long, and general flatbed freight for back halls
Maintain compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations, including hours of service and safety protocols.
Route drive efficiently to meet delivery schedules while managing traffic and road conditions proactively.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
*Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
*2 years of experience OTR operating manual transmission trucks
*Proven truck driving experience with freight delivery, including route driving and load & unload tasks.
*Familiarity with various truck types
*Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards in commercial driving.
*Excellent navigation skills and the ability to adapt to different routes across the US. * Schedule is usually consists of around 3-4 weeks out and then 3-5 days home.
* Company pays for travel to our HQ in Kimball, NE, as well as for orientation (one day).
* You'll be placed with an experienced company driver for the first 1-2 weeks.
* Must pass a BK & Drug test and have no DUIs on driving record.
