SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly qualified Architectural professional with experience in program management services related to the implementation and execution of capital improvement programs. The selected candidate must have demonstrated experience serving as Owners’ Representative on municipal construction and school construction projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will work directly with the design team, the general contractor, district, local, and state agencies, and will function as the Owner’s Representative/Program Manager throughout the lifecycle of a project, to include the Planning and Initiation Phase, Pre-Construction Phase, Construction Phase, Close-Out Phase, Warranty Phase, and Occupancy/Post Occupancy.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
- The selected candidate will be a Registered Architect, registered in the state of Texas
- A PMP or CCM is highly desirable
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant, verifiable experience
- Must have experience working in the public sector, managing complex public facing large scale projects
- Must understand the financial aspects of design and construction, budgets, and project controls
- Must be a great communicator
