Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC) is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Flatbed Drivers! Founded by Flatbed drivers in 1992, we've been running Flatbed freight every single day since.

No Flatbed experience? No problem. If you're an experienced OTR driver, we'll train you at orientation.
Pay & Incentives:- Top drivers earn up to $127,000/year
- Base pay: 60 CPM + up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
- $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
- Up to 5.5 CPM loyalty pay earned from day one
- $75 tarp pay | $100 dwell pay
- $1,250 orientation pay
Home Time:- Home every 2–3 weeks based on location (5 days per month)
